Returns & Refund Policy, First Aid Supplies

We supply high-quality first aid products sourced from trusted manufacturers, including Aero Healthcare. If something is not right, we will work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.

This policy applies to first aid supplies purchased through the REACHAU store.

🔁 Change of Mind Returns

  • Request must be made within 14 days of your invoice date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Products must be in resaleable condition.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • A restocking fee may apply depending on the product and supplier terms.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue.
  • Do not dispose of the item unless advised.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

📦 Incorrect Items Supplied

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange return and replacement at no cost to you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used first aid products.
  • Expired or short-dated clearance stock.
  • Custom or bulk-ordered items, unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email [email protected].

Please include:

  • Your name and invoice number.
  • Product details.
  • Reason for return.
  • Photos, if the item is damaged or faulty.

Processing Time

  • Returns are assessed within 2 to 5 business days after receiving the item.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method where applicable.

Important Supplier Condition

As per supplier requirements, no claim will be recognised unless made in writing within 14 days of invoice.
