A booking is considered confirmed once a written acceptance of the quote has been received and any required deposit has been paid.
Training dates are reserved exclusively for your organisation and may result in REACHAU declining other work opportunities for the same period.
Training is quoted based on the number of participant places requested at the time of booking.
The client is responsible for payment of all confirmed participant places, regardless of attendance on the day.
Participant substitutions are permitted at no additional charge prior to the commencement of training, provided the substitute meets any course prerequisites and identification requirements.
No refunds, credits, or reductions in fees will be provided for:
Non-attendance
Late arrivals
Participants who leave before completion
Participants who fail to complete required pre-course learning
Participants who are unable to meet assessment requirements
For training delivered outside the Perth metropolitan area, REACHAU may incur travel, accommodation, vehicle hire, venue hire, ferry, flight, and other mobilisation costs in preparation for the delivery of training.
These costs are incurred on behalf of the client once a booking is confirmed.
Where training is cancelled, postponed, or participant numbers are significantly reduced after confirmation, REACHAU reserves the right to recover all reasonable costs already incurred.
Travel and mobilisation expenses are non-refundable once bookings have been made.
Remote and regional training may be subject to a minimum booking value or minimum participant commitment.
Where a minimum commitment applies, this will be clearly stated in the quote and remains payable regardless of attendance numbers on the day.
This ensures the viability of delivering training to remote and regional locations and allows REACHAU to continue providing services to communities across Australia.
Training may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to trainer availability.
50% of the total booking value is payable.
100% of the total booking value is payable.
Any third-party costs already incurred, including accommodation, flights, vehicle hire, venue hire, or ferry bookings, remain payable regardless of cancellation timeframe.
Participant substitutions are encouraged where an originally booked participant is unable to attend.
Substitute participants must:
Meet course entry requirements
Complete any required online learning
Provide acceptable identification where required
Attend all practical and assessment components
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Floods
Bushfires
Cyclones
Government restrictions
Public health emergencies
Transport disruptions
In such circumstances, both parties will work together in good faith to reschedule training where practical.
REACHAU reserves the right to postpone, suspend, or cancel training where trainer safety may be compromised due to:
Extreme weather conditions
Unsafe access roads
Civil unrest
Hazardous site conditions
Any circumstance presenting an unacceptable risk to participants or trainers
Where this occurs, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule the training.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Invoices are payable within 7 days.
Government agencies and large organisations may be approved for alternative payment arrangements.
Certificates may be withheld until outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
