I’m Britt Brennan, Empowerment-Focused First Aid Trainer & Employment Coach, and the driving force behind REACHAU – Regional Education and Career Help Australia. I’ve lived in Australia since 1998 after growing up in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. My goal is simple: help people find calm, capable confidence when it matters most.
My path wasn’t linear; it was built on the foundations of working in kitchens, helping people with their health and fitness goals, mucking stalls in stables, and an everlasting love of learning. That’s why my First Aid training isn’t theory—it’s built from lived experience and designed to create quiet confidence under pressure.
Transitioning into First Aid was a natural leap: same passion for teaching, greater impact. My focus is skills that stick and the why behind every step, so when it matters, you act instead of freeze.
Teaching fitness classes lit the fire. First Aid sharpened my focus. And today, through REACHAU, that same passion for instruction has grown into Employment Workshops designed to equip people with both the practical and personal skills they need to step confidently into the workforce.
The workshops are about more than ticking boxes. They’re about unlocking potential, giving people the tools to represent themselves with confidence, and creating sustainable pathways into employment, especially for those in regional communities or facing long-term barriers to work.
I deliver empowerment focused, practical training that builds calm capability. People leave my training saying they learned more than in any previous course, and that they feel ready to act.

Now, with my family living on Whadjuk Noongar Country - from Jandakot, the land of the Whistling Eagle, to Mundijong, meaning "red-tailed black cockatoo"
