Career Coaching & Employment Support WA

From Stuck to Skilled: Unlock Your Potential & Land the Job You Deserve

Join our four‑week, hands‑on program designed for people facing employment barriers who want a clear path toward purpose, skills and meaningful work.

Transform Barriers into Breakthroughs

Most employment programs focus on the resume. At REACHAU, we focus on the person.

Our "From Stuck to Skilled" program is a transformative 4-week journey designed for Western Australians who have been overlooked, long-term unemployed, or feel stuck behind a wall of "no."

We don't just teach you how to apply for a job; we provide the self discovery that leads to confidence, trauma-informed coaching, and the practical skills to help you walk into an interview as the best candidate. We also address how to manage rejection in terms of job search as this can be a massive barrier on its own.

We recognise and respect the challenges people are facing and feel that everyone deserves support if their wishes are to enter the workforce, start a small business or begin and education pathway that aligns with their goals.

For Workforce Australia & DES Providers

Are you managing a complex caseload with participants who aren't making progress in a digital-first environment?

REACHAU is a specialist training partner for Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services (DES)providers across Byford, Albany, and regional WA.

We help your clients meet participation requirements and boost your outcome rates by handling the "human element" that large-scale providers often miss.

People who attend the program will have a much improved chance of successfully transitioning into employment, a business or educational pathway. We focus on the entire process from stuck to realising their own unique skills and experiences are valuable and needed.

Why partner with Britt Brennan?
  • Trauma-Informed Expertise: Backed by a Diploma of Mental Health, I provide a safe environment for participants with anxiety or significant employment barriers.

  • PBAS & Mutual Obligations: Our programs are designed to help participants meet their Points Based Activation System (PBAS) targets through meaningful, accredited training.

  • Regional Reach: We come to you, whether it's Thornlie, Gosnells, Rockingham, or remote Albany and Regional Western Australian Communities.

  • Outcome Focused: We reduce "churn" by ensuring participants are genuinely ready for the workplace culture, not just the job tasks.

  • Follow up Mentorship: The program does not end after the 4 weeks, clients are invited to further mentoring and coaching to assist them on their journey. These include both free and paid options.

What Happens in 4 Weeks?
  1. Week 1: The Reset. Identifying unique strengths and shifting the "unemployed" mindset into a "ready" mindset. We dig deep into the real barriers that present and create a judgement free environment for people to explore their life experiences and see how they already have skills employers are looking for or that would benefit them in creating their own business venture.

  2. Week 2: The Strategy. Resumes and cover letters that actually bypass the computer filters and get seen by humans. We tackle the tech related barriers people experience as things change fast in the online world, we learn to use AI as a tool to help us and not be reliant on it and where to find assistance for challenges that come up along the way. We learn how to effectively search for the right jobs and how to tailor your approach to each. We learn to apply for jobs in a way that gets their phone ringing with opportunities.

  3. Week 3: The Presentation. Digital presence. We make you look as capable online as you are in person. We dig deeper into using tech as a tool for success. Attendees complete Advanced First Aid HLTAID014 (included in the course pricing) which positions them better than other candidates who will likely only have the HLTAID011 level, and gives them extra confidence in what they have to offer to employers. Other short courses may be completed during week 3.

  4. Week 4: The Breakthrough. Intensive, supportive interview coaching. Learn to answer the "tough" questions with confidence. Get comfortable with rejection and learn to use it for fuel for the next interview. Business planning intro for those considering their own business including resources to access the SEA program through an authorised provider.

We pay our deepest respects to Elders past, present and emerging, whose enduring connection to Country, culture and community continues to guide us.

As the founder, I, Britt Brennan, honour the journey that brought my family to the Keerup (Kirup) region in the 1850s and the personal growth I experienced living and working in Nullagine (Biybara/Pilbara) as a young adult.

Now, with my family living on Whadjuk Noongar Country - from Jandakot, the land of the Whistling Eagle, to Mundijong, meaning "red-tailed black cockatoo"

I remain deeply grateful to walk and work on this land.
