The Guardian’s Standard: Beyond Basic Compliance
In an education and care setting, you are more than an educator; you are the steady hand a child relies on when things go wrong.
At REACHAU, we focus on the science and the psyche behind the response.
This HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in a Childcare or Educational Setting refresher is designed specifically for those who carry the responsibility of caring for infants and children.
Backed by a Bachelor of Health Science and a Diploma of Mental Health, founder Britt Brennan integrates trauma-informed strategies into every session, focusing on the unique physiological differences of small bodies, where every second counts and the stakes are at their highest.
This course is fully ACECQA-approved and meets the latest 2026 Western Australian regulatory requirements under the National Quality Framework (NQF).
Whether you are a lead educator, a family day care provider, or a parent seeking peace of mind, this training builds the "auto-pilot" muscle memory required to override panic and act with quiet capability.
