REACHAU delivers employment-aligned training that combines nationally accredited First Aid with structured job readiness. Programs are delivered through approved RTO partners in a supportive, practical environment designed to build recognised credentials, workplace routines and confidence for entry to paid work.

From Stuck to Skilled
Core employment readiness program
This core program combines nationally recognised First Aid with structured workplace preparation. Participants complete HLTAID011 Provide First Aid or HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid alongside practical workplace skills training.
Program elements include coordinating first aid responses, workplace safety and compliance, job readiness and routine building, and digital and workplace skills.
Note: Holding HLTAID014 supports leadership capability in workplace emergency situations; program choices are recorded and issued through RTO partners.

Frequently asked questions
Is this an allied health or therapeutic program?
No. REACHAU does not provide allied health or clinical therapy. Programs are practical training and employment readiness delivered in a psychologically safe way; any clinical supports remain the responsibility of allied health providers.
Do participants receive certificates?
Yes. Participants complete HLTAID011 Provide First Aid or HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid through RTO partners and receive nationally recognised certification where competency requirements are met.
Is this funding-safe?
Yes. Programs are designed to be funding-compliant and work with Workforce Australia and other referrers. We can discuss specifics with referrers to ensure alignment with program rules.
Can programs be customised?
Yes. Delivery options (timing, location, small-group structure, on-site employer partnerships) can be discussed and adjusted while maintaining RTO requirements and funding compliance.
